6 a.m. update: Stalls the order of the morning

The roads are in good shape but the cold is taking its toll on vehicles. We've had a number of stalls already.

Currently a vehicle is blocking the ramp and part of the right lane on eastbound 494 at 24th Avenue in Bloomington.

In the northern suburbs, a police chase is underway in Brooklyn Center and Fridley. Cops are after a stolen vehicle last seen exiting eastbound 694 at East River Road.
