The Thursday rush hour is off to a quiet start except for a couple incidents having a minor impact on traffic.

One is a vehicle that went off the road and landed in the right ditch on westbound 94/694 just past Brooklyn Blvd. Look for some flashing lights in the area.

A stalled vehicle is taking out a lane on Bloomington Ferry Bridge. That's northbound Hwy. 169.
