6 a.m. update: Ramp at Hwys. 61 and 36 closing at 8 a.m. Wednesday

Motorists should be aware that the ramp from northbound Hwy. 61 to westbound Hwy. 36 will close at 8 a.m., Wednesday.

Motorists should be aware that the ramp from northbound Hwy. 61 to westbound Hwy. 36 will close at 8 a.m., Wednesday.

Drivers will be advised to follow the posted detour using eastbound Hwy. 36, English Street and westbound Hwy. 36.

MnDOT is closing the ramp so crews can finish installing signage and guardrails. The plan is to re-open the ramp by 4 p.m.
