The roads are in great shape this morning and the rush hour is off to a good start. We've been accident free for the first hour.

The roads are in great shape this morning and the rush hour is off to a good start. We've been accident free for the first hour.

The only delays at this hour are approaching the work zones on northbound Hwy. 169 in Shakopee and eastbound Hwy. 10 in Anoka. Drivers there will encounter only minor backups at this hour.
