6 a.m. update: Current drive times

For a little irony, it's a MnDOT truck that went into the ditch on eastbound Hwy. 36 at Fairview Avenue in Roseville. That driver might have his a slippery spot since there had been a car fire in the same area earlier in the morning.

On eastbound Hwy. 10, look for a vehicle pulled over to the shoulder at County Road J. The driver was the victim of a hit-and-run crash.

Aside from that, roads are in great shape and wide open. Early commuters are sailing right along.

Westbound 694 from 35E to Hwy. 252: 10 minutes. Eastbound is 10 minutes.

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 9 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 6 minutes

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 9 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 100 from I-94 to Crosstown: 12 minutes

South metro

Northbound 35W from County 42 to Crosstown: 9 minutes To downtown Minneapolis: 15 minutes.

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 17 minutes
