Two separate crashes are slowing on 494 in Bloomington. The first involves a city bus and snow plow on westbound 494 at Cedar Avenue.

Two separate crashes are slowing on 494 in Bloomington. The first involves a city bus and snow plow on westbound 494 at Cedar Avenue.

Eastbound traffic slows near Penn Avenue where an accident is off on the right shoulder.

Elsewhere, traffic levels are just beginning to build on northbound 35W from County 42 up to 494 and on southbound 35W from Lake Drive to 694.

Things are still moving well on westbound 94 through Woodbury into St. Paul while levels are picking up on eastbound 94 from Rogers to Maple Grove.
