6:55 a.m. update: Stalls in Minneapolis and Bloomington

Drivers on westbound 94 will find a stalled vehicle blocking the right lane inside the Lowry Hill Tunnel. It's in a dangerous spot so move over and slow down.

Drivers on westbound 94 will find a stalled vehicle blocking the right lane inside the Lowry Hill Tunnel. It's in a dangerous spot so move over and slow down.

In Bloomington, traffic is tight on westbound 494 due to a stalled vehicle on the right shoulder at Penn Avenue.

Traffic is quickly backing up on northbound 35W due to a crash at Cliff Road. A couple vehicles are off to the right shoulder.

The crash on westbound 94 at Hwy. 280 has cleared. The ramp to 280 is now open. Traffic is heavy from Prior Avenue all the way over to Hwy. 280.
