The drive from downtown St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis is running at about 9 minutes.
On southbound Hwy. 169, traffic is filling in. It's 20 minutes from 94 down to Hwy. 7.
On southbound 35W, it's 16 minutes from 95th Avenue down to Hwy. 280.
On westbound Hwy. 36, it's 10 minutes from Edgerton Street to 35W.
On both northbound 35W and Cedar Avenue, plan on 10 to 12 minutes from County Road 42 to the Crosstown.
The stalled bus on westbound 394 at Wirth Pkwy. is out of the way. Coming east, plan on 10 minutes from Hwy. 169 to 94.
Look for a little crowding on southbound 94 approaching the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
