Cedar Avenue gets the award for the slowest traffic with 23 minutes needed from County Road 38 up to the Crosstown.

Northbound 35W is moving a tad better, but it's still 15 minutes from 35E to 494.

On 494, it's 11 minutes in both direction from Hwy. 169 to Cedar Avenue. Look for a spinout on eastbound 494 at East Bush Lake Road.

A wreck blocking the right shoulder on northbound 35E at Diffley Road is contributing to slow downs from Cedar Avenue.

The Crosstown is moving, but look for building levels from Hwy. 100 to 35W. It's 8 minutes from 169 to 35W.

On eastbound 94, look for a spinout at John Ireland Blvd. in the downtown St. Paul commons.
