A pair of stalls and crashes is tangling traffic on northbound 35W from Diamond Lake Road to downtown Minneapolis.

Look for the flahsing lights at 42nd Street and 31st Street. From Crosstown to downtown is 13 minutes.

On the eastbound Crosstown, a rollover at France Avenue has traffic stacked up from Tracy Avenue past the scene.

On westbound 694, a wreck at Hwy. 100 has traffic coming to a grind at Central Avenue. Plan on 5 extra minutes there.

Southbound 35W is tight from County Road 10 down to I-694. That is 12 minutes.
