The ramp from northbound Hwy. 52 to eastbound 494 in the Newport area is back open. Tow trucks are pulling the last of the vehicles that slid off the ramp out of the ditch.

Our first fender bender this morning is on northbound 35W at Lake Street. A couple vehicles are partially blocking the ramp.

And moments ago, another crash popped up. This one is on westbound 94 at White Bear Avenue. Traffic slows at Century Avenue.

On southbound 35W its 20 minutes from 95th Avenue down to Hwy. 280.

On southbound 169, its 20 minutesfrom 94 down to 394. In the south, 169 is moving fine with just 5 minutes needed from Hwy. 101 up to 494.

Look for minor congestion on northbound 694 from 94 up to 40th Street in Oakdale.

On southbound 35E, it's 13 minutes from Ash Street down to Hwy. 36.

In the far south metro, the State Patrol is calling for sanding trucks to treat Hwy. 3 between Northfield and Farmington. Conditions are very icy.
