It's taken a little longer than usual, but congestion on westbound 494 in Bloomington from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100 is now in place. That drive is taking 10 to 12 minutes. Eastbound is about an 8 minute drive from Hwy. 100 to 35W.

You will need only a couple extra minutes on Hwy. 100 in both directions approaching 394.

The biggest delay on the system continues to be on westbound 94 at Franklin Avenue where the two right lanes are blocked by a tree that fell over onto the highway. Traffic comes to a standstill at Lexington Pkwy. Plan on 15 minutes to get past the scene.
