6:55 a.m. update: Current travel times

The frigid temperatures and dangerously low windchills prompted many schools to close, and that might explain why traffic levels are lighter than normal.

But the frigid conditions have brought about lots of black ice, and that has caused several rollovers and spinouts this morning. You can add a few stalls to the mix, too.

The ramp from 31st Street to 35W southbound in Minneapolis is closed as crews clean up a rollover.

In Edina, look for traffic to bunch up on westbound Crosstown approaching Hwy. 100 where a vehicle spun out in the left lane and landed in the center median.
