6:55 a.m. update: Current travel times

In the east metro, a wreck on westbound 94 at County Road 17 has traffic coming to a crawl at County Road 21. There also are reports of a crash in the backup. Plan on a slow slog from the Hudson Bridge to downtown St. Paul, 25 minutes and 40 to downtown Minneapolis.
