6:55 a.m. update: Current travel times

A tow truck is on the scene of a spin out that left one motorist in the ditch on southbound 494 at Bass Lake Road in Maple Grove.

That's creating a gwaker slow down that is impacting traffic on eastbound 94 from Maple Grove Pkwy. down to the 494/94 split.

Look for slow traffic on northbound 35W from Burnsville Pkwy to 98th Street. A crash at Hwy. 13 has just cleared.

And rain is moving into the metro, so use caution on the roads.

Eastbound Hwy. 10 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 16 minutes

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 19 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 8 minutes

Eastbound 394 to 35W via 94: 10 minutes

South metro

Northbound 35W from County 42 to the Crosstown: 14 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 8 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 18 minutes

Northbound 169 from County 18 to 494: 6 minutes

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 9 minutes. Eastbound 494 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 7 minutes

Westbound Crosstown from 35W to Hwy. 169: 9 minutes Eastbound Crosstown from Hwy. 100 to Cedar Avenue: 9 minutes

East metro

Westbound 94 from Keats Avenue to downtown St. Paul: 15 minutes

Westbound 94 from 35E to the Lowry Hill Tunnel: 10 minutes.
