Commuters heading into downtown St. Paul on southbound 35E will find delays beginning at Hwy. 36. Ahead, we've got a stall in the right lane near Pennsylvania Avenue. A First Unit has the right lane blocked.
Eastbound 94 is jammed at Hwy. 280 due to a three-vehicle wreck ahead at Cretin Avenue. Drivers on Hwy. 280 attempting to access eastbound 94 also are at a dead stop.
On a better note, all lanes of the Lafayette Bridge are open. A stall in the northbound lanes has been removed.
