6:55 a.m. update: Crowded on Hwy. 610

Drivers are running into some big time congestion on westbound Hwy. 610 from University Avenue to the Mississippi River bridge. That might be due to the ramp closure on Central Avenue at 694. The ramp to westbound 694 is closed until mid-November.
