A crash on eastbound Crosstown at Penn Avenue has traffic backed up to Hwy. 100. It's 15 minutes from Hwy. 169 over to 35W.

A crash on eastbound Crosstown at Penn Avenue has traffic backed up to Hwy. 100. It's 15 minutes from Hwy. 169 over to 35W.

Congested roads and icy conditions are making for long travel times. Here is a sampler:

Eastbound Hwy. 10 from Round Lake Blvd. to Hwy. 65 is 22 minutes.

Eastbound 94 is 30 minutes from Hwy. 101 to 494. A spinout has a vehicle facing the wrong direction at Boone Avenue.

Southbound 35W is 28 minutes from Lake Drive to Hwy. 280. Look for spinouts at County Road 23 and a fender bender ahead at County Road D.
