Traffic is creeping along on southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to 694. That is a 26 minute trip.

On southbound 35E, it's 15 minutes from County Road J to 694.

On westbound 94 is 20 minutes from Manning Avenue to 35E.

On northbound 169 it is 20 minutes from County Road 18 to 494.

On Cedar Avenue northbound, it's 20 minutes from 35E to the Crosstown.

On southbound Hwy. 169 it's 22 minutes from 94 to Excelsior Blvd.

In Dakota County, authorities are calling Eagandale "untravelable." Be ware.
