You'll need 20 minutes on eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 694. Look for a stalled vehicle on the left shoulder on southbound 494 just past the Fish Lake interchange.
In St. Paul, a disabled vehicle is blocking the left shoulder on eastbound 94 at Mounds Blvd.
You'll find some slowing on 494 in both directions between Hwy. 100 and 35W.
The case is the same on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to 694. That drive will take 7 minutes.
