Accidents have come in 3s in downtown St. Paul this morning. The latest is on the ramp from northbound Hwy. 52 to eastbound 94. The bottom of the ramp is blocked by a vehicle sitting sideways.
Crews are still working to clear a crash on southbound 35E at Wheelock Pkwy. There is minor congestion in the area.
The wreck on eastbound 94 at 35E in the St. Paul commons has cleared.
