Southbound 35E begins to lose steam from County Road H2 into downtown St. Paul, now at 16 minutes.

Northbound 35W is a tad sluggish from County Road 42 up to the Minnesota River. It's 11 minutes to Crosstown.

Eastbound 94 is now at 14 minutes from the Crow River to the Maple Grove Split. The slowest traffic is 95th Avenue to Weaver Lake Road.

Southbound 35W starts to jam near 95th Avenue and remains tight down to Hwy. 10. It is 18 minutes to reach downtown Minneapolis.
