6:50 a.m. update: Stall brings minor delays to 35W in Burnsville

Commuters on northbound 35W are spending a few extra minutes on the road between County Road 42 and Black Dog Road. A stalled vehicle right on the fog line is causing the delays at Black Dog Road.

Commuters on northbound 35W are spending a few extra minutes on the road between County Road 42 and Black Dog Road. A stalled vehicle right on the fog line is causing the delays at Black Dog Road.

Elsewhere we have lots of room on 394 from 494 to downtown Minneapolis. A trip that will cost you 10 minutes.

No issues on westbound 94 from Manning Avenue to Hwy. 280. That is at 17 minutes.

Both southbound 169 and Hwy. 100 from 94 to Crosstown move well, with 15 to 17 minutes needed on either route.
