The first mishap of the morning comes on southbound Hwy. 252 at 66th Avenue in Brooklyn Center. A vehicle rolled over and is sitting in the right lane.

Look for traffic to bunch up coming down from Humboldt Avenue.

Elsewhere, congestion is starting to form on westbound 94 from Hwy. 61 to downtown St. Paul.

You'll find a minor squeeze on southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul.

A stall is partially blocking the left lane on eastbound 494 at Hwy. 5 near the MSP Airport.
