A crash involving a semitrailer truck and a car on westbound 94 at Woodbury Drive is the beginning of delays for commuters heading into downtown St. Paul. We also have word of a fender bender near Ruth Street.

It's a jam packed freeway from 694 to downtown St. Paul. Plan on 15 minutes or more.

Westbound Hwy. 36 has filled in between 35E and 35W. That is crawling along at 13 to 15 minutes.
