A spin out crash blocking a couple lanes on eastbound 94 at Wabasha Street has traffic at a near standstill in downtown St. Paul. One car is sitting sideways, so expect a long wait to get past.

Westbound 94 is heavy from McKnight Road into downtown St. Paul.

In the south metro, northbound Cedar Avenue is jammed from McAndrews Road up to the Minnesota River bridge. That is 12 to 15 minutes.
