We are starting to see the congestion building on Hwy. 169 through the work zone in both directions from the Crosstown to Hwy. 7 through Edina and Hopkins.

Eastbound Hwy. 212 slows just a bit approaching 494, so give yourself a couple extra minutes.

The drive on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to Hwy. 280 is running at about 12 minutes at this hour.

In the east metro, we have a few pockets of congestion on westbound 94 from McKnight Road over to 35E in St. Paul.

The 494 strip in both directions is starting to fill in between France Avenue and Cedar Avenue. That is about 15 minutes in each direction.

Northbound Hwy. 169 is slow from County Road 18 to Anderson Lakes Pkwy. Plan on 7 minutes there.

The good news is that we are accident free at the minute.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
