6:50 a.m. update: Incident on 35E in St. Paul

It's not smooth sailing on northbound 35E, at least for the three drivers involved in some kind of an incident at Little Canada Road.

It's not smooth sailing on northbound 35E, at least for the three drivers involved in some kind of an incident at Little Canada Road.

There is one vehicle in the right ditch and two others parked on the shoulder. Motorists are slowing to take a peek.

In Bloomington, it's starting to get croweded on northbound 35W in the area of Cliff Road up to the Minnesota River bridge.
