Traffic levels are picking up on northbound Cedar Avenue, and it's slowing across the Minnesota River bridge as drivers take a look at a fender bender on the right on the north end of the bridge.

The biggest delays continue on eastbound Hwy. 212. A roll over crash at Hwy. 101 has two lanes blocked as emergency personnel work to treat the injured. The ramp from Hwy. 101 to eastbound 212 is being closed.

On southbound 35W, look for a wreck at County Road C.

Be extremely careful on northbound Hwy. 169 at Hwy. 101. Word is that area is very icy and we've had a number of vehicles slide off the road this morning.
