Two vehicles are involved in a mishap on the left shoulder on eastbound 94 between 1st and 3rd Avenues in downtown Minneapolis. It's creating a backup starting at the Hennepin/Lyndale Avenue exit.
Look for pockets of congestion on southbound 35E from County H2 to County 96 and ahead from Roselawn Avenue to I-94.
As usual, the heavy traffic is in place on southbound 35W from Lake Drive to Hwy. 280. That is 15 minutes.
