Minneapolis Fire Department crews are responding to a car fire on Dowling Avenue at Washington Avenue in north Minneapolis.

The drive on northbound 35W is slow from County Road 50 up to 110th Street, with the heaviest traffic from Cliff Road to Black Dog Road in Bloomington.
