Look for traffic to slow on eastbound 94 at the Lowry Hill Tunnel. A fender bender is on the right shoulder just outside the east end of the tunnel.
Traffic is starting to build approaching 7th Street.
On northbound 35 and 35W in the south metro, a combination of fog and extra traffic is making the trip from Lakeville into Bloomington slow with an extra 5 to 8 minutes from County Road 46 to 98th Street.
Northbound Hwy. 169 is at a standstill from County Road 18 through the work zone up to Pioneer Trail in Shakopee and Bloomington. Plan on 15 minutes there.
Expect brief delays on I-694 in both directrions from Hwy. 252 to University Avenue in Fridley.
