6:50 a.m. update: Congestion on 494 in Bloomington

It's not snow that's causing delays on 494 in Bloomington, just heavy traffic. Westbound 494 is packed from Cedar Avenue over to Hwy. 100.

It's not snow that's causing delays on 494 in Bloomington, just heavy traffic. Westbound 494 is packed from Cedar Avenue over to Hwy. 100. Look for a crash on bottom of the ramp from France Avenue to westbound 494. Plan on 15 minutes.

Westbound Crosstown is quickly getting busy from 28th Avenue over to Lyndale Avenue. Eastbound is a little tight from Penn Avenue to 35W.

In the north metro, southbound 35W is filling in from Lake Drive to 694. Southbound 35E is slow and go from 694 to 94 in St. Paul.
