The roads are mainly wet, but it's cold enough that there are a few icy and slick spots, particularly on ramps and bridge decks.

The ramp from westbound 94 to Hwy. 280 is back open but a wreck off to the right shoulder is slowing traffic in the area. Things jam up starting at Snelling Avenue.

Look for building levels on westbound 94 from McKnight Road to downtown St. Paul, and on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to 694. Both drives will take about 7 minutes.
