6:45 a.m. update: Thick on Hwy. 36

A stalled vehicle on the right shoulder of westbound Hwy. 36 at Lexington Avenue is all it takes to gum things up. Traffic is heavy from Rice Street to Snelling Avenue.

A stalled vehicle on the right shoulder of westbound Hwy. 36 at Lexington Avenue is all it takes to gum things up. Traffic is heavy from Rice Street to Snelling Avenue.

The center median crash on eastbound 94 at Hwy. 101 in Rogers has cleared. Traffic is recovering nicely, but expect a minor slow down from Hwy. 241 over to Hwy. 101.

Eastbound 94 is clogged from Broadway through the Lowry Hill Tunnel. Look for the drive over to 35W to take 9 minutes.
