The mainline roads continue to be free of crashes, but we do have a few pockets of slow traffic.

One of those is on eastbound 694 near a lane closure at Hwy. 61 in White Bear Lake. Westbound 694 also has lots of brake lights from Hwy. 61 over to the west junction of 35E.

Southbound 35W from Lexington Avenue to 694 is losing speed as lanes start to fill in. The same is true on westbound Hwy. 36 from 35E over to 35W.

Traffic volumes also are picking up on eastbound 94 betwen Rogers and the Fish Lake Interchange.

Roads are wet with scattered slippery spots. Temperatures could start dropping as the rush moves on, so be alert for icy spots.
