A crash blocking the center lane on westbound 94 inside the Lowry Hill Tunnel had just cleared. However, it is causing quite a traffic jam downtown. Things are stacked up back to 11th Avenue. Plan on a 15 minute delay heading through there.
Look for disabled vehicle off to the right on northbound 694 at 10th Street in Oakdale.
