Traffic is quickly stacking up on eastbound Crosstown due to a rollover crash at France Avenue.

Traffic is quickly stacking up on eastbound Crosstown due to a rollover crash at France Avenue.

On northbound 35W, two stalls and a crash at 42nd Street and 31st Street are blocking the center lane. MnDOT has opened the HOT lane to non-paying customers to help traffic flow according to tipsters.
