A rollover crash is partially blocking the ramp from northbound Cedar Avenue to northbound 35E in Eagan. The initial reports indicate that the driver did get out with minor injuries. An ambulance has been requested. As for the vehicle, it landed on its side.
Up in Shoreview, the stalled Metro Transit bus that was on the right shoulder of southbound 35W at County 96 has moved on. Traffic bunches up between County Road I and 694, but that's nothing unusual. Total travel time from Lexington Avenue to downtown Minneapolis is 20 minutes.
Look for eastbound 94 to lose some speed between Maple Grove Pkwy. and the Fish Lake Interchange. Plan on 17 minutes from Hwy. 101 to the 494/694 split.
