6:45 a.m. update: Roads are starting to get wet

As advertised, the rain has started to fall and roads in the south metro are getting wet.

As advertised, the rain has started to fall and roads in the south metro are getting wet.

On northbound 35W, traffic is building through Lakeville, Burnsville and Bloomington with the slowest traffic in the vicinity of Black Dog Road.

In the north metro, southbound 35W is filling in from Lake Drive to Hwy. 280. That drive is 13 minutes at the present.

Things are starting to get croweded on southbound 35E from Little Canada Road down to Pennsylvania Avenue. That is 10 minutes.
