It's raining again in the northwest and north metro, and that is bringing slow downs on eastbound 94 from Albertville through Maple Grove.
Traffic on eastbound Hwy. 10 is starting to fill in between 7th Avenue and Hanson Blvd. through Anoka and Coon Rapids.
In the south metro look for traffic to bunch up on northbound 35W approaching 98th Street in Bloomington.
A motorist is off to the right shoulder with a flat tire on northbound Hwy. 100 at Glenwood Avenue.
