A steady stream of traffic moving below the posted speeds is making the trip in to St. Paul on westbound 94 a test of patience. It's 27 minutes from the Hudson Bridge into downtown St. Paul and travel times are rising.

Northbound Cedar Avenue is packed from McAndrews Road up to the Crosstown. That drive is at 25 minutes.

Northbound Hwy. 169 is a slow roll from Canterbury Road up to I-494. Plan on 19 minutes for that trek.

It's not much faster on southbound 35W from Lexington Avenue to 694. It's three lanes of solid traffic that is inching along. Plan on 25 to 30 minutes there.
