The crash on southbound 35E at County Road 96 has cleared, but in its wake there is a long delay. Plan on 25 minutes from County Road 14 to 694. Once you pass by the scene, it's only 12 minutes to reach downtown St. Paul.
Things are stacked up on westbound Crosstown due to an accident at Valley View Road. Delays begin at Penn Avenue.
In the southwest metro, look for a wreck on northbound Hwy. 169 at County Road 69.
