A vehicle appears to have hit the wall inside the Lowry Hill Tunnel. That has the left lane blocked on westbound 94. Traffic is stacking up starting at the Hennepin/Lyndale exit.
Look out for a wreck on westbound Hwy. 36 under the railroad bridge just past 35E. Traffic is heavy from Edgerton Street past the scene, and ahead from Lexington to 35W. That is 11 minutes and rising.
Southbound 35E jams up between County Road J and County Road 96.
An ambulance is on the way to a crash on southbound University Avenue at Osborne in Fridley.
