The serene morning drive on westbound 94 in the east metro has been abruptly interrupted by a couple wrecks that has traffic jamming up.
The latest is in the center lane at White Bear Avenue. That section of freeway is always busy and this will make the trip into downtown St. Paul at 15 to 18 minutes from 694.
Further east, it's a crash on the right at Manning Avenue. Congestion begins at County Road 71.
