A fender bender residing on the left shoulder of southbound 35W at Hwy. 10 is the third crash of the morning in that area. As you can imagine, that's doing a number on traffic. It's clogged from 95th Avenue past the scene. Plan on 15 minutes or more.
In St. Paul, a new wreck on westbound 94 at Ruth Street came and went quickly. Traffic is tight, but moving about 25 miles per hour from McKnight Road to downtown St. Paul.
