An earlier crash on southbound 35E at Pennsylvania Avenue has cleared. Traffic still remains thick in the area. Slow downs begin at Roselawn Avenue.

An earlier crash on southbound 35E at Pennsylvania Avenue has cleared. Traffic still remains thick in the area. Slow downs begin at Roselawn Avenue.

The typical congestion is in place on southbound 35W from Lake Drive to 694. That is about a 15 minute push at present.

It's crowded on westbound 94 from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul, but there are some breaks along the way. Once you pass 694, look for more room over to Johnson Pkwy. where things bunch up again.
