Traffic is bunching on westbound I-94 in downtown Minneapolis. A stalled vehicle has the right lane blocked in the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

In Maplewood, look for a MnDOT First Unit blocking the left lane on northbound 35E at Hwy. 36 to clear a hazard from the road.
