Commuters on southbound 35E will run into a minor snag near County Road 96 where a vehicle spun out and has the left shoulder blocked. Ahead, things are flowing fast down to Maryland Avenue.

In Otsego, steer clear of River Road and St. Croix Drive. Authorities are dealing with an injury crash.
