A vehicle landed in the ditch on eastbound 94 just east of Hwy. 101. That's causing slow downs in the immediate area. Ahead, there is a solid line of traffic rolling slow all the way to 94. Plan on 20 minutes there.

In Brooklyn Center, steer clear of a crash on the ramp from southbound Hwy. 252 to eastbound 694.

The ramp from westbound Hwy. 212 to westbound 494 is still blocked as a tow tries to pull a semitrailer truck out of the ditch.

Drivers on eastbound 394 will encounter a crash just west of 494. Ahead things are moving fairly well.

Southbound 35E is quite crowded from 694 to 94. That is 10 minutes.

Westbound 94 has pockets of congestion approaching Mounds Blvd. in St. Paul.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
